Terms and conditions of use

Ordering:

Browse through our store and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order as changes cannot be made to your order once it has been placed and Make-Up Atelier will not grant any compensation in any form for inconvenience experienced as a result. All prices are in Euro and include VAT. We reserve the right to refuse orders. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment:

Make-Up Atelier understands that our customers are concerned about the security of their personal, debit and credit card details. We have payment system to be via PayPal only. This is a 100% secure way both for the customer and us. If you don't have PayPal account, don't worry! You can still pay via debit or credit card through PayPal system. We accept payments via Debit and Credit cards, processed through PayPal. Simply choose PayPal payment option during checkout and follow the steps to the end.

Delivery schedule:

The delivery cost for your purchase is displayed at the checkout. All orders are sent via Registered Post for its security and reliability. For registered post a unique Tracking Number is supplied to customers so that each delivery can be tracked. Everything delivered must be signed for – it cannot just be left. We process all orders within 24 hours the order is dispatched within 3-5 working days. We do not accept any responsibility for any delays, loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) on a part of the service provider. Please check your parcel carefully before you sign for it. If the parcel has been damaged, opened or the goods are damaged or missing, please let the Carrier know that the parcel has been tampered with.

Returns:

If you wish to return your item, you may cancel your order within 3 days following the date of delivery. We will make a refund, please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. All items returned must be unused/untested in re-saleable condition. All refunds are processed within 5 working days of notification, receipt and returned items. Parcels that are returned to us that have not been collected from post sorting offices will be sent back out to you, we will advise by email. We will not send a replacement parcel until the non collected parcel has been received by us.
